Free returns and repairs

1. Online purchase

For items purchased from our website, our warranty is two years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair the watch if the defect is covered by the warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by poor workmanship or quality of materials, only for the watch itself (mechanism, housing, tongues, and index) under normal conditions of use. Parts other than those mentioned above are not covered by this warranty.

To have an item replaced by this warranty, use our contact on stemata.ro and choose “Returns / Exchange / Cancellation” in the subject section. Specify the name, address, and no. start if it is purchased from our site and a detailed description of the problem.

Please note that repair/replacement will not be processed under warranty in the following cases:

• defects or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (bending, crushing, broken glass, etc.)

• damage or deterioration caused by unjustified repairs or customizations

• aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and aging (minor scratches, stain wear, peeling of the cladding)

• if the proof of acquisition cannot be proved

• battery replacement

2. Purchase from the store

For items purchased from our stores or our partners, please send the request directly to the store. Our warranty is for two years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair the watch if the defect is covered by the warranty.
